Welcome to Fisterra III! Exclusive homes north-west of Madrid

Gestilar chairman Javier García-Valcárcel and general manager Marta García-Valcárcel welcomed the residents of Fisterra III, accompanied by Antonio González Terol, the mayor of Boadilla del Monte, where these new exclusive homes are located, and the second mayor deputy for town planning, Raimundo Herráiz Romero.

At this meeting, the chairman of Gestilar expressed his appreciation to all clients for they trust they had planed in this new Gestilar project, expressing his desire to meet their expectations and commenting on the commitment undertaken so that they could enjoy the best of experiences in their homes: a perfect space for the family set against beautiful surroundings

During his intervention, Javier García–Valcárcel also dedicated a few words to the local mayor and to the municipal council, thanking them for their collaboration and professionalism in the handling of the various formalities required in order to build these new exclusive homes.

Continuing with Gestilar's commitment to the environment, this development is planned in accordance with environmental sustainability criteria and has an abundance of illumination and sunlight, in an attempt to optimise energy use and maximum comfort.

The final stage of the Fisterra project, which was designed by Madrid-based architecture firm CANO Y ESCARIO, which has more than 25 years’ experience in construction, was preceded by two prior stages delivered in February and April 2016, comprised of a total of 29 and 39 townhouses, respectively.

Fisterra III has a concept that differs from that of its predecessors: 20 homes with an area of more 500 m2 in a spectacular private development, with a large communal area that contains a swimming pool, a paddle ball court, green spaces and a playground.
